RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED/BROKEN ITEMS

If you received damaged item(s), DO NOT throw away the box or packing materials. We will need CLEAR photos of the broken items as well as the box in order to file a claim with the shipping provider. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may issue a return-shipping label, or simply tell you to toss the broken item in the trash. In either case, a brand-new replacement item will be sent out to you. All you have to do is take photos and file a claim to the shipping provider and through the confirmation emails that were sent to you from gmail and from there, we will handle the rest.

 

PKGodenSNEAKERS  Returnable Items

 

PKGodenshoes  Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

 

  1. serious quality problems, severely soiled,soaked, severely disconnected, severely cracked, or degumming upon arrival.

 

  1. Items received in the incorrect size/color/item number.

 

Only when serious quality problems are found when the shoes are received, such as degumming, severely soiled, soaked, severely disconnected, severely cracked, etc.

 

PKGodenSNEAKERS  Non-Returnable Items

 

PKGodenSNEAKERS  will not accept returns in the following conditions:

 

  1. Washed, worn, used or misused items.

 

Notes: All returns must be authorized by PK Team via the Support Center.

2.PKGodenSNEAKERS  customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.

 

3.Please return the PKGoden shoes item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

 

  1. Once we have received the returned Uabat shoes item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days. 

 

Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below: 

 

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. 

 

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. 

 

For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.

Please always Contact Uabat prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandize Authorization) with the related address.

 

  1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

  1. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
